Sandra Bonkosky

Sandra (Oswald) Bonkosky, originally of Garrettsville, Ohio, and a long-time resident of Michigan and Tennessee before making Tekamah, Nebraska her home a decade ago, passed away peacefully on Christmas Eve morning.

Sandra is survived by her children Erica Bonkosky-Montefusco (spouse Brian Montefusco) and Matthew Ticknor (spouse Sara); her cherished grandchildren Kailee (Ticknor) Lindsey, Parker Ticknor, Isaac Ticknor, and Sirivipa Nantasomboon; her brother Rich Oswald (spouse Barb), brother-in-law Richard (Dick) Miller and many beloved nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Sandra’s life was one of beauty and passion. She adored flowers and butterflies, symbols of life’s natural grace and transformation. A firm believer in holistic health, Sandra brought a sense of balance and harmony to her world and inspired others to do the same. Her artistic spirit was expressed through her unique designs, which reflected her creativity and individuality.

Sandra’s warmth and wisdom touched everyone who knew her. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends, who will forever hold her memory close to their hearts.
