Scott Thomas Appleton

Scott Thomas Appleton, aged 54, passed away on November 16,2024 in Omaha Nebraska with his family at his bedside. Born December 9, 1969. Scott was known for his loving, caring nature and the joy he brought to those around him.

Scott completed his education with a GED and went on to have a successful career at Dell Computers. He also enjoyed his night gig as a karaoke DJ, where he shared his love for music and the entertainment with many. 

Outside of work, Scott was an avid fisherman and cherished spending quality time with his family. These moments were highlights of his life, providing lasting memories for his loved ones. 

He Is survived by his son Ryan (Stacy) Hogner, Michael Hogner, his mother Phyllis ( stepfather - Bill) Sidzyik, father Arthur (stepmother Lorraine) Appleton, Brother Troy (Jenny) Appleton, Nephew Wyatt and four grandchildren Sara, Chloe, Shawn, and Alex. Ex-Wife Janelle who was his friend 'til the end. And Nancy who he shared his children with. 

Scott’s warmth and kindness also touched many friends and extended family members.

A ceremony to Celebrate Scott’s life will be held at the Bellevue Volunteer Firefighter Hall at 2108 Franklin Street in Bellevue Nebraska 68005 on Saturday November 30th 2024. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made directly to the family to honor Scott’s memory and support them during this time.
