Sheree J Pelton

February 27, 1956 — February 26, 2025

Sheree Pelton February 26, 2025

There she goes—in her black boots, jeans, and Harley shirt from somewhere in America. Her blonde hair blows from the edges of her doo-rag as she rides toward the glow of the Rainbow Bridge just up ahead.

Here they come—a pack of her dogs who recently passed, with Mushu leading, followed closely by Kasey and Jackson. Of course there are many more. We spy Bojangles flying above them all! Watching their reunion is heartwarming. And just beyond them, waiting with open arms, are her beloved brother and mother. What a glorious sight to see.

After the hugs and kisses, she looks back at us, smiles, and flashes her signature peace sign—one final message of love and reassurance.

Sheree was preceded in death by her mother, Lillian Pelton; father, Merle Pelton; brother, Captain Lawrence Pelton; and sister-in-law, Sherolyn Pelton.

She is survived by her brother, Delbert Pelton; nephew, Marc Pelton ( Tracy ); niece, Tracy Pelton; sister-in-law, Lola Wright; and dear friend and former husband, Bill Page. She also leaves behind her beloved dogs, Chloe and Beau, who will continue to carry her love and spirit forward and a multitude of friends.

Her spirit will live on in the memories of those who loved her. Ride free, Sheree, until we meet again.

A celebration of life will be this summer 6/22/2025 Elmwood Park Pavilion 12:00 PM-2:00 PM with Motorcycle ride to follow. Look to social media to verify as we get closer.
